AI-POL: Advancing Innovation, Governance and Responsible AI in Law Enforcement is a joint initiative of UNICRI and INTERPOL, funded by the European Union. AI-POL aims to support the global law enforcement community in their journey towards responsible AI innovation.
The AI-POL approach is built upon the Toolkit for Responsible AI Innovation in Law Enforcement, a tailor-made set of resources that provide comprehensive guidance to law enforcement agencies to empower them to implement responsible AI innovation.
